This policy outlines the rules for order cancellation, returns, and refunds for both Sample Orders and Bulk Orders.
Order Cancellation
Sample Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. A full refund will be issued.
Bulk Orders: Cancellation of bulk orders is subject to the agreement signed. Generally, custom or specially procured items cannot be canceled once production begins. Pre-shipment cancellations may incur a 15% processing fee.
Returns (Sample Orders)
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unassembled, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, contact us at arjun_kapoor@hotmail.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. We will provide a return authorization and shipping label if applicable.
Returns (Bulk Orders)
Bulk orders are generally not eligible for return unless products are defective or not as described. Any returns must be authorized by us in writing. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with video evidence. This video should include an unboxing of the product with its original packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment. Shipping costs (except in cases of defect) are non-refundable.
